This is a great offering for those who are starting something new, changing direction, or responding to an emergent shift in their work, organizing, or community life. We’ll explore what you are in service to, who is doing that work, and how you want to work together. Through collaboration, discovery, and visioning, you and your group will leave with clear values and actions to embody those values.

This is a facilitated workshop with co-learning, reflection, and self-accountability practices.
More often than not, we can see conflict rising before it becomes a major eruption. We’ll learn how to identify, interrupt, and respond to what the brewing conflict is asking us to change before it gets out of hand.
We’ll also go through the different types of conflicts, and what escalating to harm means.
With knowledge, skills, and community, we are able to better protect each other from major conflicts and harm.

Offered as a companion to Understanding Conflict + Harm
Conflict can be disruptive when we are underprepared with skills, structure, and rooted relationships. Taking a proactive approach to conflict allows for participants to understand what causes conflict, what gets in the way of moving through it as a growth point, and finding a path towards their visionary future.
Participants will learn about nervous system responses to conflict, obtain trauma-informed skills to mitigate harm, and build towards accountability, equity, and healing.
The end of this process culminates in the creation of conflict navigation tools, insight, and coaching on design.
