What we do

ARC is about building collaborative + sustainable processes to align people in their work or community, for the benefit of the individual + overall relational ecosystem.

We offer a relationship-centered and trauma-informed approach, which strengthens both group dynamics and personal relationship to tensions of growth, conflict, and change. Our programming facilitates this through co-learning, stimulating transformative reflections, sharing & collaboration.

Working with ARC will allow your group to transform areas of tension into growth by aligning groups to shared values and gaining confidence to move through blocks. This allows participants to impact a needed change so that members within the group can work together differently.

Our practice supports:

  • values alignment

  • strategic alignment

  • culture building

  • skills building

  • internal and external tension or conflict navigation

  • how we relate to each other + the work ahead

ARC is the process of building bridges to a place of increased capacity, confidence, and sustainability that was previously unavailable, or even cut off. We build these bridges with a foundation of stronger relationships and embodied values.

Caminante, no hay puentes, se hace puentes al andar.

We are able to do this work in gratitude

Archipelago Relationship Collective was born out of connection, challenge, and collaboration. Through visioning a future where capacity to meet conflict with possibility was available, values were held in our actions, and mutual care was an honored practice.

A note from collective member Christine:

This work didn’t grow in isolation, instead it was made possible with the encouragement, nurturing, care, and challenging conversations with loved ones, peers, mentors, elders, youth, and kalikasan (nature).

A special thanks to all those who have shined their light into this heart work and have traveled alongside me through (sometimes many) transformations: Lisa Hong, Roma Amin, Azalea Tang, MJ Hernandez, Joshua Bates, Molly Shack, Mario Céspedes, Monique McCrystal, Maggie Livisay, Alwiyah Shariff, Amna Akbar, Sa’dia Rehman, Imee Dalton, Sharon Kim, Sunny Kapoor, the 2024 Asian Diaspora Jam,

Thank you for being you and reminding me what healing can look like when we work together.
